Our current roster includes 13 players. Why so small? Well, we aren't looking to grow for the sake of growing, or just adding players to fill out a roster. If we see someone WE are interested in, then we MIGHT talk to them about joining our team. We look at very specific criteria and insist on certain characteristics in our teammates...such as attitude, talent, on and off-field persona, and most importantly CHEMISTRY with existing members of Thunderstruck.
We are all close and personal friends and we won't risk the intimacy or balance of this team to simply add someone who might seem a good fit at first glance, but really isn't. We don't take 'recruits,' we don't have 'honorary' or 'junior' members and there isn't a 'prospect' period to be on this team. Either you pack the gear to be Thunderstruck, or you don't.
